I recently stopped biting my nails and so now I can't stop biting the skin round them HHHHHEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!How do you sto biting the skin round your nails?
Go to the drugstore and look for a product that you can paint on the skin- it tastes HORRIBLE, so you won't want to bite.

There is a product available at the Pharmacy, over the counter, that you can apply to fingers that tastes bitter. It is used for babies that suck their thumbs. It'll work on you too!
Put a thin layer of clear nail varnish on it.
