Best thing to do is give your self a regular manicure/hand massage. (2-3 times a week)


*clean off any nail polish


*shape your nails


*soak them in warm water and an oil eg olive oil


* massage the oil in to your hands and nails (try to do around 5-10 mins)


* wipe hands on a towel to remove excess oil





and apply cuticle oil/cream every nite





massage increases the blood circulation and encourages the nails to grow faster %26amp; stronger (this works same for hair)
cod liver oil capsules. they work. trust me.





and there are special nail polishs which you rub into your finger nails(sally hansen do good ones), and they help strengthen them and make them grow faster
Loads of handcream (good stuff is the one in a pink bottle - grrr will go and look at it for you) and the gold bottle Sally Hansen stuff - think its called Super Grow.
i don't think there is a ';super fast'; solution, however oil applied directly will help nails grow faster, try almond, olive or baby ;)
You can't - any more than you can make your hair grow faster.....





Your best bet is to get the falsies on to cover your own ones while thy're growing.
